Perfect for organizations that want to add us as and when needed to free up limited internal IT resources. Add us to your IT Team without the Overheads We offer server / desktop administration, systems monitoring and phone / remote 1st and 2nd level service desk. We can customize it to suit your specific requirements.

Engagement pricing options

Monthly retainer is calculated either per user or per device, you choose between per user or per device Service Plan based on what best matches your business needs. You can always change with no penalty.

All monthly subscription fees will be billed at the start of the month. All blocks of time have to be paid in advance and will be deducted per usage and you will be given monthly reports to track your usage and incidents free of charge. You can see and track how your IT Assets are used or misused. Block Time purchased have to be used and no refunds given, and you can always upgrade and use the credit towards subscription plans.
