We design complete solutions for the storage, conveying and dosing of your products and residues.
To optimize your productivity, we utilize several high-performance systems adapted to industry standards and to your specific processes.
With many years of experience in conveying, storage, and dosing, we have the solutions to suit your needs.
Contact usPneumatic conveying is usually utilized when the product that needs to be transported (raw materials or residues) is dry, making it possible to achieve a rapid, direct, and constant supply of said material.
Depending on the applications and needs related to the process, pneumatic conveying can be done in either dilute or dense phases. Dilute phase conveying (more air, less product) is more common, as it is easier to implement. Dense phase conveying (more product, less air) is less commonly employed and with a more specific application. A typical system consists of a suppression unit that serves to generate positive air movement in a pneumatic conveying piping system, offering a long-radius change of direction. Such a system may have one or more product entry points as well as one or more discharge/delivery points.
The advantages of pneumatic conveying compared to traditional mechanical conveying systems are multifold:
As specialists in pneumatic conveying, we can help you plan your new projects, optimize your existing installations, or resolve any issues you may be experiencing with product handling and conveying. We’ll find the solution that best suits your needs, and offer you specialized components according to your application and the products being conveyed:
We design and manufacture complete and efficient silos and tanks, in various shapes and sizes, tailored to your industry as well as your own specific needs.
These accumulation systems are made of mild steel, stainless steel, or polymer. They are available with the relevant accessories and add-ons for your own use as well as that of the accumulated product.
Hoppers and bins provide easy access to their openings so that product may be added as needed.
Our hopper and bin systems come in different materials and with the same components and accessories as our silos and tanks.
Design is always focused on the efficiency and longevity of their operation.
Depending on the application or process employed, they can be configured for various shapes and sizes.
Depending on the type of equipment used, the discharge of a product may or may not be carried out at a controlled rate.
Our comprehensive solutions for discharge and dosing systems are designed to suit your application, processes, and needs.
Each system is available with an electric motor, a pneumatic/electric actuator, or manual activation.
Depending on the application, the type of equipment, and the nature of the issue, several solutions may be considered:
